Ember AI provides conversational AI architecture and communication automation services for participating client businesses ("Host Businesses"). We respect your privacy and are committed to transparent data practices across every chat widget and communication channel we deploy.
 

2. Information Collected via Chat Widgets & Forms

When you interact with an Ember AI–powered chat widget or form on a Host Business website, the system collects only the information you voluntarily provide—such as your name, phone number, email address, and chat message history—along with standard technical session metadata required to maintain your live chat window. This information is collected strictly on behalf of the Host Business you are contacting to answer your questions, schedule appointments, or fulfill your service requests.
 

3. Strict SMS & Mobile Data Non-Sharing Policy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or telecommunications message delivery, is permitted solely to fulfill the service requested. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with or sold to any third parties.
 

4. Underlying Data Hosting & Sub-Processor Privacy Policy

All chat widget sessions, database encryption, cookie storage, and telecommunications routing are hosted and processed through the LeadConnector platform infrastructure.
