Ember AI — Platform & Conversational AI Terms of Service

1. Overview & Scope of Services

Ember AI ("we," "us," or "our") designs, configures, and manages conversational AI agents, automated communication workflows, and customer engagement tools on behalf of participating client businesses ("Host Businesses"). When you interact with a chat widget, web form, or automated messaging assistant displaying "Powered by Ember AI," Ember AI acts as the technology configuration and agency provider for that Host Business.
 

2. Automated AI Interactions & Disclaimers

  • Automated Assistant: Responses generated within the chat widget or automated messaging channels may be produced by an artificial intelligence assistant configured for the Host Business.

  • Informational Purposes Only: Product specifications, pricing, inventory status, and scheduling information provided by the assistant are for general informational and convenience purposes. Final pricing, availability, and service terms are confirmed directly by the Host Business.

  • "As-Is" Provision: All conversational AI workflows and widget interfaces are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
     

3. Messaging & Telecommunications Compliance

When you provide your contact information or opt in to receive SMS/MMS communications through a Host Business form or chat widget:

 

  • You are providing consent directly to the respective Host Business identified on that website or form.

  • You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP, or request assistance by replying HELP. Message frequency varies, and standard message and data rates may apply.

  • Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how opt-in data is handled and protected.
     

4. Underlying Platform Infrastructure & Processor Terms

Ember AI utilizes the LeadConnector software infrastructure to power widget rendering, session management, cloud hosting, and telecommunications carrier routing. By interacting with a widget or communication channel powered by Ember AI, your use of the underlying software infrastructure is also governed by the platform processor's live terms:
